Outer bark removed and logs cut into smaller sections

Precision cutting using super sharp wood scissors to avoid splitting

Essential oil extracted. Oil yield is around 5%

Chips are sun dried. Color changes from white to brown

Moisture removed until completely dry

Polished using rotary machine for a smooth surface

Quality checked and packed ready for shipment
